Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world.
Today, I am wise so I am changing myself.

Who is this work for?
There comes a moment in our lives when the patterns that have allowed us to survive no longer serve our desire for growth and expansion. We begin to feel stuck, depressed, anxious, and unable to meet our lives with full presence – bogged down by the weight of our thoughts and emotions. We reach a point where transformation becomes the new necessity. When it hurts too much to stay the same – we are ready to shift.
While western medicine has its place in the pharmacopeia of healing – there are certain ailments that are considered illnesses of the soul. These afflictions require spiritual healing to illuminate and shift intergenerational traumas, childhood wounds, and old karmic contracts. Spiritual illness can express itself through anxiety, depression, physical illness, grief, cancer, lack of creativity and/or general feelings of disconnection from one’s life. This is where shamanic healing comes into practice.
Over time, we have forgotten that the sacred dwells inside our own bodies – our core essence – and that we have access to it at all moments. We have lost connection with our body as our soul’s “home”. I am here to help you remember. I support you to reconnect the tether to the sacred, the land, the breath, and intentional living.
First, there is a mountain.
Then there is no mountain.
Then there is a mountain.

How do I prepare for, and integrate from, my experience?
My healing sessions create the space in your body for transformation to occur – but the real work comes in the lifestyle changes and practices after your session is complete. The session will help your soul feel at “home” in your body, but it is important that you make the changes that will allow this spaciousness to continue.
Proper preparation and integration will make this process more effective and increase the healing potential of our work together. Please follow this simple guide to help you prepare for, and integrate, your healing experience:
Set Your Intention — Before your Session
Before the session, take a few moments to reflect on your intentions for the healing. Setting a clear intention helps guide the energy during the session. Questions to reflect on: What areas of your life do you seek transformation or clarity? Where are you stuck? What are you resisting? What are your perceived limitations? What is in the way of your transformation?
Dress Comfortably — For your Session
Wear loose, comfortable clothing. This allows for ease of movement and ensures your physical comfort during the session. Bring a notebook.
Live Slowly - After your Session
It is best to create a buffer of spaciousness after your session. I recommend booking a session time when you don’t have to go back to work after. This gives the mind space to be with the energy and integrate the healing. Be still, spend time in nature, take a salty bath, and begin the practice of slowing down.
Reflect — After your Session
After the session, give yourself some time to reflect on what you felt, saw, or heard during the session. Reflect on the experiences and insights gained. Consider journaling or engaging in gentle, contemplative activities that nurture your well-being.
Practice — In Between Sessions/Homework
Engage the lifestyle changes or practices you were offered in the following days and weeks. Over time, small shifts and lifestyle changes become transformations.
